WEXLER SHIPPING POLICY

ORDERING

To order your Wexler wallet, simply visit our Wallets or Accessories section, select your preferred color, and choose whether you’d like to add personalization (engraved initials) or keep it standard.

Once your order is placed and payment confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
When your wallet ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.


PROCESSING TIMES

Each Wexler wallet is individually inspected and hand-packaged to ensure the highest quality.

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • During product launches, sales, or holidays, processing may take up to 3 business days.
  • Pre-orders (if applicable) ship according to the date announced on the product page.

Choosing a faster shipping option does not shorten processing time. Orders are fulfilled oldest to newest.


SHIPPING METHODS (USPS)

All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) with discounted Shopify Shipping rates.

We currently offer the following options:

  • USPS Ground Advantage:
    Estimated delivery in 3–5 business days after processing.
  • USPS First Class Mail:
    Estimated delivery in 4–7 business days after processing.
  • USPS Priority Mail:
    Estimated delivery in 2–3 business days after processing.

Once shipped, tracking updates are provided automatically via email.


ADDRESS ACCURACY & DELIVERY ISSUES

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
Wexler is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@wexler.store.
We can modify your address only if the order has not yet shipped.

If a package is returned to us as “undeliverable”, we can reship it; additional shipping fees may apply.


DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your wallet:

  1. Verify with neighbors, building management, or household members.
  2. Wait 24–48 hours in case of USPS scanning delays.
  3. Contact us at support@wexler.store with your order number and details.

We may offer a one-time replacement (non-returnable). Refunds are not available for orders marked as successfully delivered by USPS.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to select international destinations.
If your country appears in the checkout dropdown, we can ship to you.

Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their local authorities.
We do not under-declare or alter shipment values.

Once a package leaves our warehouse, all customs risks and delays become the customer’s responsibility.

If you use a freight forwarding service, Wexler’s responsibility ends once the wallet is delivered to the forwarder’s address.
